To create a global village designed to educate, inspire, and motivate Massachusetts youth to actively participate in programs of civic engagement affecting targeted areas locally & from around the world. The global village will be comprised of individual pavilions each focusing on a different geographic area or social issue in need of aid and assistance. Massachusetts’ youth will be encouraged to enlist in a NGO or non-governmental organization relief program, or to create their own relief effort to support the NGO or nonprofit effort in these “hot spots.”
