Women and girls play a special role in advancing both peace and development. Research shows that families, communities, and nations prosper when girls have the opportunity to participate fully in every aspect of society.

Empower Peace's Women2Women program focuses on building a network of young women from the United States and Arab and Muslim world, and providing them with the tools, relationships, and opportunities required to lead.

Since its' inception in 2006, nearly 200 young women have participated in Women2Women.

The Women2Women program is divided into three sections:

1) The Women2Women International Conference

2) The Women2Women Alumni Program

3) WECan Mentoring Program

Women2Women Participants came from 21 US States and the following countries:
